Demolition commences at Bluefield's site in Porth.

A milestone has been reached at Porth, with our sister company, Cardiff Demolition, this month moving onto site to begin the process of soft stripping asbestos from the site before the full demolition and site clearance takes place in July. A construction start will then take place in August

Bluefield light industrial units at our Old Foundry Road Site.

The Old Foundry in Pontardawe was demolished in 2007. This exciting development of new, much needed light industrial units will be built to the latest regulations and will provide high quality space for local and national businesses. The scheme will be funded by the development bank of Wales.

Cowbridge site secured!

A grade 2 listed police station

The former police station was purchased unconditionally in August ’23. Following discussions with the Vale of Glamorgan Council we have agreed to include a surplus building at the rear of the development thus bringing forward 14 units for over 55’s. These dwellings are much needed throughout the Vale and this scheme will secure the future of this grade two listed building
