Full planning application submitted for Winding Wheel Lane, Penallta.
Following a successful preapp and PAC process, we are delighted to have now submitted a full planning application for 33 affordable housing apartments and a standalone retail unit for our partners United Welsh at Winding Wheel Lane, Penallta.
Unsurprisingly in this historic location, the key issues were proven to be heritage, ecology and transport. As a result of the preapp processes we refined our proposals and are now pleasantly optimistic about receiving a swift planning resolution. The apartments proposed are to be a mixture of general needs and supported units, with the retail element to be retained by the current landowner.
