This grade 2 listed building within Cowbridge Conservation Area poses a real challenge in balancing the meeting of modern building standards with the protection of the building’s heritage.

Our skills, experience and resource are helping us deliver what will be an exceptional end product. We agreed the purchase of this grade 2 listed property via private treaty with the aim of carefully converting it into four private apartments. However, in discussion with the Vale of Glamorgan Housing department, we agreed to convert the building into six affordable apartments for occupiers aged over 55.

In Sep 26 we delivered 8no AECB Carbon Lite apartments as part of our PC redevelopment on the former magistrates court, with an average air tightness of 1.26m³/m²/hr .
